I’m excited to be speaking at a Women’s Health Seminar at Chisholm TAFE Frankston, focusing on perimenopause, menopause and women’s wellbeing.
The seminar will explore the physical, hormonal and emotional changes that can occur during perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on understanding symptoms, treatment options and how women can feel more informed and supported through this stage of life.

Women’s Health Week – Expert Panel on Pelvic Pain
As part of Women’s Health Week, I’m honoured to be joining an expert panel discussing women’s health conditions relating to pelvic pain.
We’ll be talking about the experiences of women and girls living with pelvic pain, the conditions that can contribute to it, and the importance of recognising symptoms, seeking support and accessing appropriate care.
