  • How the IV Therapy Process Works

Our IV therapy process is doctor-led and designed to prioritise clinical assessment, safety and individualised care.

    1. Complete a Medical History Form
Before your appointment, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive medical history form. This allows us to understand your health background, current medications and any relevant medical considerations.

    2. Doctor Consultation
You will then have a consultation with Dr Shaminder Kaur, who will review your medical history and discuss your individual needs and goals. During this consultation, Dr Kaur will explain the potential benefits, limitations and risks of IV therapy, and assess whether IV therapy is appropriate for you.

    3. Individualised Treatment Plan
If suitable, a customised IV therapy plan will be developed based on your clinical assessment. This includes consideration of nutrient selection, dosing and monitoring, tailored to your individual circumstances.

    4. Book Your IV Therapy Session
Once your treatment plan has been agreed upon, you can proceed to book your IV therapy session, which will be delivered in a regulated clinical setting with appropriate monitoring.

As with any intravenous procedure, IV therapy carries potential risks and may not be suitable for everyone. Our medical team takes appropriate precautions, including clinical screening, sterile technique and ongoing monitoring during treatment.

    • Use of aseptic non-touch technique (ANTT)

    • Choosing the correct cannula size

    • Inspecting veins prior to insertion

    • Securing the cannula to prevent movement

    • Flushing with saline to confirm patency

    • Monitoring for discomfort, swelling, or infiltration

  • Our IV formulations may include a range of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant compounds selected following individual clinical assessment. Intramuscular ( IM) injections are also available

What is NAD⁺ ?

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD⁺) is a naturally occurring molecule found in all living cells. It functions as a coenzyme and is involved in normal cellular biochemical processes, including pathways related to energy metabolism and cellular function.

NAD⁺ is present in the body and participates in a range of enzymatic reactions that are essential for normal cell activity. Levels of NAD⁺ can vary between individuals and may be influenced by factors such as age, health status and metabolic demands.
